The BSP Graduate Development Program is aligned to this vision and provides an opportunity for aspiring undergraduates and graduates to attain career development opportunities.

Applications are now open for the BSP 2019 Graduate Development Program.

This program is open to Papua New Guinean Citizens in their ­final year of study at a local or overseas university in the following disciplines:

1. Banking & Finance;
2. Sales & Marketing;
3. Accounting;
4. Business Management;
5. Economics;
6. Information Technology;
7. Human Resources, and;
8. Law.

• current CV,
• current academic transcripts,
• two written references with contactable referees.
