The youngest Prime MInister in the South Pacific was Hon. Paias Wingti

The first Highlands Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea and the youngest in the South Pacific to be a Prime Minister - Hon. Paias Wingti. 

During his youngest days he was a pride of the whole Highlands region and Western Highlands Province as a whole. To this day no western highlander has became a Prime Minister. 

Not even William Duma who as be kicked out of Ministerial portfolio numerous times by other prime minister's. He deserve some respect and recognition for his accomplishment as a WHP man. Wingti was being Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea three times.
