Contractor left JICA funded bridges in New Britain Highway incomplete

These are some pictures of bridges along the New Britain Highway. They have all been left incomplete by a company called Wild Cat

These are all funded by the people of Japan via JICA. The PNG government and the construction company (Wild Cat) have failed the people miserably.

Who owns the construction company known as Wild Cat?

Can PNG Government Authorities confirm or deny this project being incomplete?

Can the Japanese Government through JICA confirm or deny the project is incomplete?

The Tax Payers in Japan are sending their money through JICA for International Assistance and in PNG, this project was not complete as photos below and things on the ground. Can JICA officials say something on this? Why it was not complete?

Can both PNG and Japanese Government Authorities investigate this?

They can't run far. Find them and get them plus others who collaborated to be held accountable!!!
