"I dream these children of tomorrow all to have equal future," James Marabe MP

By James Marape, Tari-Pore MP

This is not an event but a lifestyle,
This is not tribal but communal ,
This is not ethnical but ethical,
This is not personal but national,
This is not chose but choice,
This is not a battle but war of many battles,
This is not about me but us,
This is not a one man sport but a team play,

This is not about me and the past but you, the children of the future, Rise Rise Rise , a Nation of many blessings given by God in a land of many tribes where children live on wide sandy beaches, they play and feast on river sides that meanders from high up mountains and valleys down to lowlands, this our land, our heritage, and with Honorable Gary Juffa’s slogan of taking back PNG, let no one of the past tell you children of tomorrow you can’t make PNG better!

I dream of a Christian Nation that is richest in character and wealth! Richest in the world, we can be 10 years time from now, if we delay not the corrective steps we must take today and into the future.

It was never about me but us! If I don’t make it then I pray that someone better then me for the country must rise with the youths of tomorrow who believe in themselves and our country.

This is our country, our time, our future as Honorable Rainbo Paita says amongst many good inspiration I get from the next generations of leaders in the opposition camp, they continue to inspire us the older ones!

This is not about the event of 28th of May to 2019, or thereafter but many choices every one of us in PNG from politicians to priest/pastors and all of you in between can make in our life going forward. Certainly as 7th of May 2019 faded into archives of past, other days and dates of future will travel quickly back into past, but what we make of those days and dates will shape a better tomorrow for our children.

I dream these children of tomorrow all to have equal future irrespective of class, clan, community or church backgrounds as envisioned by founders of our Nation in 1975!

Long live PNG until Jesus Christ comes the second time!

Hulukumaiya!
