It is very interesting to note your "careful" choice of words to manipulate the PNG hydrocarbon industry.

If you never knew, we are very well aware that Risk Management in business and investment involves a gamut of decisions concerning identifying of risks, estimating probable losses, and identifying ways of dealing with them like risk avoidance, risk reduction, risk transfer etc of which we note you failed to mention that this can ONLY be applicable AFTER ALL requirements COMPLY with existing laws and regulations of a host country. 😏

You (Mulacek), Lasco's or whoever's ignorance whether it be deliberate or not in managing your own risks well even before the idea of Inter Oil or Papua LNG (Elk Antelope) Project came up in 2005 LEGALLY disqualifies you from any entitlement attempts in the PNG hydrocarbon space now or into the future.

YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH PAPUA NEW GUINEA, GET THIS INTO YOUR THICK SKULL AND LIVE WITH IT!

And all that crap you stated about the 0.4-0.5% component "allegedly" belonging to a Lasco Development 15 Ltd (a carefully worded company name) is questionable and lacks substance because under what PNG Law and customary ownership rights were you as Chairman of Inter Oil given the alienable right to own 100% interests before selling the 0.5% component to Mr. Lasco in 2005, or even worse to sell the remaining 99.6% to the other third party investors namely Exxon, TOTAL, and Oil Search Ltd? (Note: your criminal accomplice oneill is not a resource landowner)

Or worser still, according to what PNG Law, customary ownership rights, or International benchmark were you given the right to DECIDE, MAKE Sharing Price Valuations, or SELL any hydrocarbon interests in PNG?

For your information, the questionable UBS loan of $1.2bn would have been well spent in acquiring both the 17.7% Oil Search Ltd's (Botten-oneill) interest, 22.5% State's interest (PNG People), or even the UNNECESSARY and ALLEGED 0.5% Mulacek-Lasco's (oneill) interest in the Papua LNG Gas Agreement or any future deals thus Oil Search Ltd and Lasco Development 15 Ltd would have NEVER BEEN HEARD OF.

For the record, PNG is not even proud of NOTHING you, oneill or Botten have achieved thus far around here dude, because all you've been to this country since day 1 were nothing but a bunch of leaches and liabilities!
