Post Courier is operating outside the local authorities to report things to tarnish this country. Can Post Courier be sued?

Print media in Papua New Guinea is controlled by the Government. This is another media propaganda to tarnish the image and install some undue "psychological" pressure on citizens. If Post Courier is genuine about reporting on social issues that affects this country, then can Post Courier do the following?
1) What about the some named government ministers and department secretaries being mentioned in a deal with a Chinese mistress Dora Lu? Can Post Courier do a report on this?
2) What about Wewak Open MP and Correctional Service Minister Jim Simatab being producing "porn" ? Can Post Courier report on this?
3) What about an MP implicated in sex toy deals with an Asian woman in Port Moresby? Can Post Courier do an investigation and provide a report?
4) What about those people who are producing "PNG PORN"? Can Post Courier do an investigate to report on this?
Searching for "PORN" on google should not be reported because some searches are not for "watching porn" but to trace those PNGans who produce porn. This is a total propaganda and Post Courier has lost its face in PNG print media.
Why not publishing an article on google trends on corruption in Papua New Guinea? Google trend might give Post Courier an interesting story on corruption if they are looking for stories.
As the local authority, has PNG Censorship Board approved this publication? Are these Google Trends summary coming from Censorship Board? Post Courier is operating outside the local authorities to report things to tarnish this country. Can Post Courier be sued?
This Government has created enemies with Australia and Post Courier is owned by Australia. Those stupid PNG Journalists and editors working for Post Courier have betrayed their own country.
This must not be left unchallenged?
There is a possibility that the Government is looking for ways to control the social media. We will not be surprised if Government announces a measure to stop internet and social media as a measure to track down on porn searches.
Lets wait and see what happens next?
